Our Programs

Sports X offer a wide range of fully inclusive sports specific & multi sports programs for boys & girls of all abilities.

Discovery
Ages 3 - 6 Years

Our ‘Cub’ phase offers players aged 4 – 6 the opportunity to ‘discover’ a range of sports within a fun and positive environment.

Evolve
Ages 7 - 10 Years

Our ‘Evolve’ phase offers players to opportunity to develop their skills and techniques across a range of sports. At this stage, we also introduce more team work related activity, helping players gain an understanding of the tools needed to be a good team mate.

 

Breakthrough
Ages 11 - 14Years

Our ‘breakthrough’ phase for children in the ‘tweens’ seeking more independence. Sessions will be more challenging with the emphasis more on the players taking responsibility and problem solving both individually and collectively.

SOCCER X

Australia Wide

Currently the most participated sport in Australia, our programs provide a fun and positive introduction to the ‘beautiful game’.

We offer a range of programs for children aged 3 – 15 years old of all ages and abilities Our programs cover a range of topics designed to provide players with the fundamentals of Soccer.

All programs combine a range of activities with hidden learning elements and the promotion of key traits such as team work, social skills and improved motor skills.

BASKETBALL X

We offer a range of programs for children aged 3 – 15 years old of all ages and abilities. 
Our programs cover a range of topics designed to provide players with the basic fundamentals of Basketball. 

All programs combine a range of activities with hidden learning elements and the promotion of key traits such as team work, social skills and improved motor skills.  Our programs include school programs, mini kickers, mini games & school holiday clinics.

Is your child not sure which sports he or she likes?

We provide a different sport each week for 8-10 weeks. A perfect program to introduce a variety of sports to the children and give them an insight into which sport they may want to pursue. All sessions integrate skills-based practice with team building and exercises to improve core motor skills. A program designed to help children develop basic movement patterns, improving coordination, strength, agility, and motor skills.

RUGBY X

Australia Wide

Rugby X is a shortened and simplified version of rugby union that is designed for kids. It typically involves smaller teams, shorter playing times, and simplified rules to make the game easier to learn and play. The goal of Rugby X is to provide a fun and safe introduction to rugby for children, promoting physical activity, teamwork, and fair play.
