Services Sports X offers sports coaching services to children aged between 3 – 14. Our coaching services aim to teach children important skills and values, such as teamwork, sportsmanship, and perseverance.

Fees Our fees for coaching services are clearly outlined on our website. By placing an order, you agree to pay the fees as outlined. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. We will notify you of any changes in advance.

Refund Policy

School Programs 

If the client withdraws from the program prior to the program starting the full program fee less a $30 administration fee will be refunded to the client. If the Client withdraws from a programme within 24 hours of the programs first session, a fee equivalent to the full value of one session plus a $30 administration fee will be charged with the balance refunded to The Client. Clients will not be refunded for sessions missed due to illness, holidays or other commitments. Sports X will consider refunds for exceptional circumstances. Please contact your area manager directly.

Holiday Clinics

Mini Games / Mini Leagues / Mini Games

Clients will not be refunded for sessions missed due to illness, holidays or other commitments. Soccer X will consider refunds for exceptional circumstances. Please contact your area manager directly.

Code of Conduct 

Sports X values integrity, respect, and sportsmanship. We expect all of our participants, including coaches, children, and parents, to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner. Any inappropriate or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of our services.

Liability Sports X is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during our coaching sessions. By using our services, you agree to assume all risks associated with participating in sports activities.

Intellectual Property All content on our website, including text, images, and videos, is the property of Sports X and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use our content for any commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Australian Arbitration Association.
